The ice cream freezer boasts a sliding flat glass top design for easy viewing and access and three sturdy wire baskets designed to acoomodate six standard frozen desert tubs. The NIF-41-DC dipping freezer uses a R290 natural refrigeratant refrigeration system and incorporates an anti-condensation, anti-frosting design to keep all your frozen products fresh, visible, and ready for sale. Also includes an 18″ sneeze guard allows customers to browse view inside the freezer while keeping the ice-cream free of contamination.
The ice cream display freezer includes four durable casters attached to a durable and corrosion resistant cabinet.
Adjustable temperature control maintains and ideal serving and storage temperature of -18C/0F to -22C/-8F and includes built in temperature display.
