The CE62PESC offers exclusive features including a space saving footprint and unique interior design for better distribution of heat and better baking. The CE62PESC is a double-stacked oven with 2 doors per section.
With 5,336 sq. in. of available cooking space, it can hold sixteen (16) 16” pizzas, making it a workhorse for any busy restaurant. Available in Single Phase and optional Three Phase models, it is easily serviceable — all controls can be replaced from the side of the unit.
