  • Rinsing system with steady temperature and constant water pressure
    DIHR developed an innovative rinsing system with steady temperature and constant water pressure, regardless of external
    conditions.
  • In the PLUS system the water is drawn from the booster with a pressure increase pump insuring correct pressure at the
    rinse jets and machine operation regardless of mains water pressure and temperature.
  • In this way you have a granted proper rinse even with low mains pressure.
    The rinse water temperature remains exact (85°C) and constant during the rinse cycle, as the booster re-fill occurs only once the
    rinse cycle is done, preventing the mix between intake water and heated water in the boiler.
  • Additionally, the Break Tank system eliminates mains water back-flow, this water being non-drinkable due to rinse-aid, detergents
    and washing residuals. DIHR PLUS is an AA “maximum effectiveness” classified system, according to Standard No, EN1717 “To
    prevent pollution of the drinking water supply by mains water back-flow”.
